Refund Policy
Our commitment to fair and transparent refunds.
At Dabachi Ebook we want every customer to be satisfied. Because our products are digital files delivered by email, the following refund rules apply.
1. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
2. Eligible Cases
- You did not receive your ebooks within 72 hours after payment confirmation.
- The file is damaged, unreadable or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- You received a title or package different from what you ordered and we cannot correct it.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
- Change of mind after the ebooks have been delivered and opened, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- Issues caused by the customer’s device or software that we have helped to resolve.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email admin@dabachi-ebook.online with your name, order email, package and the reason for your request. We reply within 48 hours.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (Card, Payoneer, PayPal or Stripe) within 5–10 business days. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the same cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide, at the amount equivalent to the EUR price paid.
